Shedd Aquarium
Shedd Aquarium is the place where you can explore and admire the nature’s work through centuries. Visitors are informed of their favorite animals and its habitat. You will be amazed to find the number of animals that you have unheard off.
The summer hours from May 26 till September 1 of shedd aquarium are 9 am to 6 pm. From June 19 till August 28 the timings are 9 am to 10 pm. Regular hours from Sep 4 2007 till May 26 2008 are 9 am till 5 pm for weekdays and 9am till 6 pm for weekends. Everyday except the Christmas the Aquarium is open for visit.
A number of admission packages are offered by the Shedd. If you opt for a Premium day Pass you can visit all the places that Shedd has to offer namely the Oceanarium, Lizards, Wild Reef, Amazon rising, Water of the worlds, Caribbean reef, 4-D special theater. The charges are $27.5 per adult and $20.50 for Senior citizen and children aged between 3 and 11.
Another option is Day Pass through which you can see Oceanarium, Water of the worlds, lizards and the komodo king, wild reef, Caribbean reef and Amazon rising. $23 per adult and $16 for children between 3 and 11 are charged. Other options are Mini Pass and aquarium only which charges $18 and $8 per adult and $14 and $6 for seniors and children aged 3-11 respectively.
